一、課題研究的背景:
長(cháng)期以來(lái),我們廣大小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師對課程評價(jià)在基礎教育課程教材改革過(guò)程中的地位和作用缺乏全面、深刻的認識。我們的評價(jià)內容和評價(jià)形式比較單一,重視測試型評價(jià),忽視非測試型評價(jià);重視總結性評價(jià),忽視形成性評價(jià);重視老師的評價(jià),忽視學(xué)生的自我評價(jià)和合作評價(jià);重視對語(yǔ)言知識的考查,忽視對學(xué)一情感、文化意識及綜合素質(zhì)的考查。傳統的教學(xué)觀(guān)念和教學(xué)評價(jià)手段已經(jīng)無(wú)法適應新的教育形勢,甚至成為了阻礙全面推行素質(zhì)教育的“攔路虎”。因此,改革傳統的教學(xué)評價(jià)體系已經(jīng)刻不容緩。
二、課題研究的目的和意義
1、在新課程標準實(shí)施過(guò)程中,以教學(xué)評價(jià)改革為切入點(diǎn),促進(jìn)學(xué)生聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě),語(yǔ)言知識與技能全面發(fā)展,促進(jìn)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)應用和交際能力不斷提高,實(shí)現英語(yǔ)學(xué)科素質(zhì)教育的目標。
2、通過(guò)參與“基礎教育英語(yǔ)教學(xué)評價(jià)試驗項目”,在試驗過(guò)程中不斷探索課堂教學(xué)中的評價(jià)設計其形式、內容和效果,也在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)評價(jià)體系的其它領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行相輔相成的探索研究,共建主體多元、內容多維、方法多樣的教學(xué)評價(jià)體系。
3、通過(guò)參加該子課題的試驗,使我校英語(yǔ)教師的教學(xué)觀(guān)念和評價(jià)理念得到更新,對英語(yǔ)課程標準有更深刻的認識,通過(guò)教師自己設計各種各樣的評價(jià)方案,收集——歸納——分析——總結——改進(jìn)——創(chuàng )新,提高教師的教科研水平,推進(jìn)教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)化發(fā)展。
三、課題研究的目標
傳統的教學(xué)評價(jià)滯后是與基礎教育改革存在的`嚴重脫節現象。本課題的目標,就要改革后有的課堂評價(jià)體系,構建一個(gè)評價(jià)主體多元、評價(jià)內容多維、評價(jià)方法多樣,重視形成性評價(jià)和改革終結性評價(jià)的科學(xué)的課堂教學(xué)評價(jià)體系,為我校實(shí)施新課標課堂教學(xué)提供強而有力的武器。
四、課題研究的內容
本課題研究的主要內容是以《英語(yǔ)課程標準》和《英語(yǔ)教育評價(jià)通論》等倡導的先進(jìn)教育理念作指導,更新傳統教學(xué)觀(guān)念,在教育教學(xué)中探索與實(shí)驗,設計出一套能激勵學(xué)生學(xué)習興趣和自主學(xué)習能力發(fā)展的課堂教學(xué)評價(jià)體系,讓學(xué)生在英語(yǔ)課程的學(xué)習過(guò)程中,通過(guò)自主、合作、探究等方式,實(shí)現自己的個(gè)人目標,不斷感受成功的喜悅,從而促進(jìn)學(xué)生綜合語(yǔ)言運用能力和健康人格的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)英語(yǔ)課程的不斷發(fā)展和完善。
五、課題研究的方法、過(guò)程和措施。
1、研究的方法

第二階段:(20xx年~20xx年7月)中期總結,進(jìn)行階段成果和實(shí)驗工作階段交流。在伙伴協(xié)作小組中的兄弟學(xué)校共同組織觀(guān)摩課和經(jīng)驗交流會(huì ),探討實(shí)驗中的得與失,及時(shí)改進(jìn)實(shí)驗方案。
第三階段:(20xx年9月~20xx年7月)總結本課題的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗,收集成果并及時(shí)交流推廣。
3、研究措施:
