20xx冬季匯豐銀行"菁英匯"實(shí)習生計劃

招募背景

匯豐"菁英匯"是創(chuàng )立于2010年的一個(gè)公益性組織，為有出國留學(xué)意向并對金融行業(yè)感興趣的在校生提供學(xué)習和交流的平臺。"菁英匯"的導師均為擁有豐富的海外留學(xué)與工作經(jīng)驗的匯豐銀行優(yōu)秀員工，通過(guò)對學(xué)生的理論結合實(shí)踐的培訓和指導，幫助學(xué)生認清留學(xué)與職業(yè)發(fā)展方向，了解世界500強金融機構的運作模式，培養熱愛(ài)公益事業(yè)的意識。同時(shí)，"菁英匯"為會(huì )員提供匯豐銀行崗位培訓及長(cháng)期實(shí)習機會(huì )，讓學(xué)生在實(shí)際操作中運用理論知識，學(xué)會(huì )團隊協(xié)作，在匯豐國際化的舞臺上發(fā)揮自己的才能，建立社交網(wǎng)絡(luò )。

招募標準:

1.有出國留學(xué)意向的在校生

2.思維活躍，溝通和語(yǔ)言表達能力強，熱愛(ài)金融事業(yè)

3.有領(lǐng)導力和較好的團隊合作精神

4.流利的中英文
