　　1.Tell me about yourself.

　　這是一個(gè)面試問(wèn)題中的經(jīng)典頭道開(kāi)胃菜。

　　這個(gè)問(wèn)題主要考察求職者的個(gè)性是否符合酒店的企業(yè)文化，

　　所以回答的時(shí)候要盡量貼近這個(gè)酒店的情況來(lái)推銷(xiāo)自己的特點(diǎn)。

　　比如酒店行業(yè)，那么你就該回答：

　　I really like the hotel industry,

　　I think the hotel is my best friend.

　　總之是要找到自己跟這個(gè)酒店的一個(gè)切合點(diǎn)，讓面試官了解你充分適合這個(gè)環(huán)境。

　　2.What are your three greatest

　　strengths?

　　回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題的時(shí)候不可以含混不清，不可以只是簡(jiǎn)單回答“I’m really organized, punctual and

　　get along well with others.”

　　簡(jiǎn)潔、精煉，找到這個(gè)酒店所看重的特長(cháng)，是回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵。

　　“I think my strongest strengths are

　　aggressive, hard working and

　　communicative.”

　　3.What are your three greatest

　　weaknesses?

　　老板都愿意找到一個(gè)了解、熱愛(ài)工作，并能夠為酒店創(chuàng )造價(jià)值的員工。

　　所以不要很誠實(shí)的把自己的毛病暴露出來(lái)，而是要策略的選擇一些能夠為自己加分的缺點(diǎn)。

　　4.Why are you interested in working

　　這個(gè)問(wèn)題主要考察應聘者是否對這個(gè)工作進(jìn)行了了解，

　　或者是否真正有興趣，所以需要圍繞整個(gè)酒店的具體情況，讓面試官知道你很清楚這個(gè)酒店的運營(yíng)模式，以及對這項工作非常積極。

　　因此不要以“It seemed like a good career move”為開(kāi)始。

　　如果能有一些實(shí)際問(wèn)題回答的話(huà)，就會(huì )更大程度地得分，可以這樣回答：“I read an article in the newspaper

　　and was very impressed by……”但是前提是你必須真的對這家酒店作了研究，同時(shí)也要注意，不要讓面試官覺(jué)得你是為了討好面試官而言過(guò)其實(shí)，這樣只會(huì )適得其反。

　　5.If we hire you, how long will you stay

　　with us?

　　這個(gè)問(wèn)題是要老板想知道你會(huì )不會(huì )像離開(kāi)上一份工作那樣很快的也離開(kāi)這里，你可以這樣回答：

　　“As long as my position here allows me

　　to learn and to advance at a pace

　　with my abilities.”

　　這樣就告訴老板，你是希望同酒店一起成長(cháng)，不會(huì )輕易離開(kāi)。

　　6.Do you have any questions for me?

　　這也是一個(gè)面試中經(jīng)典的結束問(wèn)題，測試應聘者是否真正對這份工作真正有興趣與熱愛(ài)，此時(shí)應該詢(xún)問(wèn)具體的問(wèn)題以顯示應聘者非常了解該酒店，對未來(lái)的工作有很多的期待和好主意，充分表示熱情。
