范文一：

在面試后2至3天內寫(xiě)感謝信，特別是在第二輪面試過(guò)后。感謝信一能體現你做事周全，再者或許會(huì )扭轉你面試失常的勢態(tài)。感言要發(fā)自肺腑，畢竟你確實(shí)需要這份工作。若能引用面試官的話(huà)語(yǔ)并深入，何愁不能脫穎而出。另，在面試官許諾期未到之前，不要催問(wèn)面試結果。沒(méi)有落實(shí)聘用與否，不要放棄任何面試機會(huì )，因為期望和結果的反差懸殊屢見(jiàn)不鮮，當要做好被拒絕的心理準備。以下為我參加第二次IBM的面試后發(fā)給部門(mén)主管的感謝信：

It's very important to follow up after a job interview， because even if you think the interview went badly， keeping in touch may improve the interviewer's perception of you。

It reflects persistence， and it's also polite to thank the hiring manager after the interview。

 Remember to also send the note within two days of the interview; although，

if you've passed the two-day mark， a late response is better than no response。

在面試后跟進(jìn)非常重要，因為即使你覺(jué)得自己表現不佳，與面試官保持聯(lián)絡(luò )會(huì )提升面試官對你的印象。

跟進(jìn)體現了你的堅持，而且面試后謝謝招聘官也很有禮貌。要記得在面試后兩天內寫(xiě)郵件，如果超過(guò)了兩天的期限，晚寫(xiě)總比不寫(xiě)好。
