　　2、經(jīng)過(guò)我每一天下工地的努力，我了解了在工程施工中應當注意的事項(比如配筋、澆筑混凝土等注意事項)，明白了如何保證施工順利的進(jìn)行，如何的能夠節省材料等等

　　3、由于平時(shí)幫忙做些資料，我熟悉了資料員的大體工作程序，工作資料以及培養了仔細認真的工作態(tài)度。同時(shí)我也接觸了預算和結算等方面的知識，我會(huì )努力爭取能夠獨立處理這些問(wèn)題。

　　4、在工地上我不僅僅學(xué)到了土建的知識我還經(jīng)過(guò)現場(chǎng)觀(guān)察、操作對于室內裝飾、水電安裝等方面的知識也有了必須的了解

　　5、由于原先做過(guò)測量，來(lái)到那里我能順利的操作水準儀和全站儀等儀器，能夠獨立的為施工隊伍算工程量等等。

　　6、其他方面，來(lái)到九寨工地我認識了很多朋友和同事，閑暇之余我就會(huì )向他們請教一些和工作相關(guān)的.知識，雖然有的時(shí)候不能得到滿(mǎn)意的答案，可是我覺(jué)得和他們相處很愉快，如果他們有需要我會(huì )盡力幫忙他們。

　　7、在工作中我也存在著(zhù)許多不足之處，比如有時(shí)候后不夠主動(dòng)，由于剛接觸這個(gè)工程對于一些細節方面處理的也不是很完善，我相信以后我必須會(huì )努力做到更好

　　雖然僅有短短的三個(gè)月，但學(xué)到了很多，感悟了很多，以及對自身一些不足的地方得到了改善與提升，我相信理論加實(shí)踐必須會(huì )讓我走向成功，同時(shí)增進(jìn)了對公司文化的更深了解，看到公司的發(fā)展，我深深地感到驕傲和自豪，也更加迫切的期望以一名正式員工的身份為公司做貢獻。

　　在這次的試用期當中，我學(xué)習到了學(xué)校課本上所學(xué)不到的東西，今后我將更加加強自身實(shí)踐性的學(xué)習，盡快讓自我成長(cháng)起來(lái)，獨當一面地去為單位坐出應有的貢獻。
