Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded.
We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.
Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.
Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. People should be further educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. We are sure that we can have a better and cleaner place in the future.
今天，我們的自然環(huán)境質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題。世界人口增長(cháng)如此之快，世界已變得過(guò)于擁擠。我們正在利用我們的自然資源，同時(shí)污染的危險化學(xué)品的環(huán)境。如果我們繼續做這個(gè)地球上，生活無(wú)法生存。有關(guān)人士取得了一些在環(huán)境保護方面的進(jìn)展。許多國家的政府已建立了法律保護，空氣，森林和海洋資源，并停止對環(huán)境的污染。

How to develop low-carbon economy, There have been many environmental protection problems in recent years . One of the most serious problem is greenhouse gas emissions have caused climate change, At the same time ,lots of trees have been used and wasted.So our earth is becoming warmer and warmer. . That brings us illnesses and death.
Luckily, many countries have done a lot to stop environmental pollution. Its the most important in the environmental protection today.
In my opinion, on the one hand ,through education we should make people realize that destroying the environment means destroying ourselves, On the other hand , we should try to do something to produce fewer greenhouse gas emissions.
In a word. we must develop low-carbon economy.
怎樣發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟，現在這些年已經(jīng)有很多關(guān)于保護環(huán)境的問(wèn)題。其中最嚴重的一個(gè)問(wèn)題就是溫室氣體排放已經(jīng)造成了氣候改變。同時(shí)，很多樹(shù)木被砍伐掉了，而且大量別的資源已經(jīng)被用完或者浪費。所以我們的地球變得越來(lái)越溫暖(熱)。這樣帶給我們的`是疾病和死亡……幸運的是，很多國家已經(jīng)采取了很多措施來(lái)控制環(huán)境污染問(wèn)題。如今，這是最重要保護環(huán)境的措施。我認為，一方面，雖然教育我們應該讓人們意識到破壞環(huán)境就是傷害人類(lèi)自己。另一方面，我們應該盡力做一些事情來(lái)控制溫室氣體增長(cháng)。
總之，我們必須發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟。

Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the world. With the development of industry and agriculture, cars make great noises and give off poisonous gas. Trees on the hills have been cut down, and waste water is being poured continuously in to rivers. Furthermore, wherever we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. The whole ecological balance of the earth is changing. Massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even poses a great threat to mans existence.
We must face the situation that exists and take actions to solve our environmental problems. For instance, new laws must be passed to place strict control over industrial pollution, the public must receive the education about the hazard of pollution and soon. We hope that all these measures will be effective and bring back a healthful environment.
全世界的環(huán)境問(wèn)題在變得越來(lái)越嚴重。隨著(zhù)工農業(yè)的發(fā)展，汽車(chē)制造噪音、排放毒氣，山上的樹(shù)木被砍伐，污水不斷被排入河里。另外，無(wú)論我們走到哪里，到處可見(jiàn)隨意丟棄的垃圾。整個(gè)地球生態(tài)平衡正在改變，環(huán)境的巨大破壞已帶來(lái)負面影響，甚至對人類(lèi)生存帶來(lái)巨大威脅。
我們必須面對現實(shí)，采取行動(dòng)解決環(huán)境問(wèn)題。例如必須通過(guò)新的'法律嚴格控制工業(yè)污染問(wèn)題，大眾必須接受污染危害的教育等。我們希望這些措施的有效實(shí)施能帶給我們一個(gè)健康的環(huán)境。
