  首先我們真心感謝桅子花開(kāi)、海星以及馬來(lái)吸呀等幾位網(wǎng)友給我們所提的意見(jiàn),今年在政府論壇上有兩封公開(kāi)批評我們的帖子,說(shuō)實(shí)在的,剛剛看到的時(shí)候,心里確實(shí)是堵得慌的,不高興的,總覺(jué)得目前國內旅游市場(chǎng)大環(huán)境就是這個(gè)樣子,大社不強,小社散差,從業(yè)人員服務(wù)意識、技能普遍不強等等,剛開(kāi)始,我們確實(shí)給自己找了一些自我安慰的借口。

  現在再認真思考這個(gè)問(wèn)題,我們覺(jué)得,做為從業(yè)人員有責任、有義務(wù),也必須為游客提供更為輕松、快樂(lè )的旅游時(shí)光。坦誠的說(shuō),今年7、8兩個(gè)暑期月份下來(lái),在我們質(zhì)檢回訪(fǎng)過(guò)程中,所發(fā)現存在質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的,游客投訴到公司的也絕不僅此兩例。

  我們總結分析下來(lái),存在質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的主要是散客出游群體,暑期質(zhì)量問(wèn)題一般容易出現在車(chē)輛空調不好,某些導游態(tài)度存在問(wèn)題,以及住房條件較差等方面。目前旅行社的存在方式大體上分為三類(lèi),一類(lèi)是組團旅行社,我們**就是這樣類(lèi)型的旅行社,面向終端客戶(hù)收取客源;一類(lèi)是地接旅行社,主要接待外地游客來(lái)本地旅游;第三類(lèi)是同行批發(fā)旅行社,如揚州蘇之旅旅行社,儀征旅行社同行受制于客源量問(wèn)題,收到游客報名后,無(wú)法獨立發(fā)團,只能交給這樣的批發(fā)旅行社統一發(fā)團。這種現狀就導至了組團旅行社對散客質(zhì)量的掌控從很大程度上受制于同行批發(fā)旅行社,從某種程度上來(lái)說(shuō),儀征散客出游,選擇哪家旅行社報名的差別是不大的,唯一的區別所在是旅行社經(jīng)營(yíng)者的思路,以及遇質(zhì)量投訴后,規模大一些的旅行社對批發(fā)旅行社的牽制能力會(huì )更強一些,僅此兩點(diǎn)而已。

  關(guān)乎旅游質(zhì)量還有一個(gè)很重要的點(diǎn),就是導游,景點(diǎn)美不美,全靠導游一張嘴。好的導游除了在講解上會(huì )更為精彩外,對于游客心理的把握能力通常也會(huì )很強,會(huì )有較強的協(xié)調溝通能力,而目前導游的'生存狀態(tài)基本上都是以兼職為主,這種生存狀態(tài),也從很大程度上導致了其責任心的下降,因其兼職故而也缺少有效的服務(wù)技能培訓。旅行社不是不想有自己的全職導游,而是因為旅游業(yè)的季節性特別強,旺季再多導游也不夠用,進(jìn)入12月份以后的3個(gè)月淡季對于小旅行社而言,可能1個(gè)導游都嫌多,這個(gè)微利行業(yè)人力成本應該是最大的成本了,所以這種季節性的特點(diǎn)也導致旅行社不敢、不能用過(guò)多的全職導游。我們公司目前全職導游有16名,在揚州地區算得上是規模龐大的一支導游隊伍了,但也只能應對平常季節的客流量,遇上旺季,也只能望洋興嘆,比如貼子中所提到的西安團隊,就是一個(gè)主要由兼職導游帶隊的團隊。

  從我們自身的角度來(lái)講,我們必須認真反思這個(gè)行業(yè),認真反思自已,如果不能真正將客戶(hù)贏(yíng)這個(gè)第一戒寫(xiě)到我們每個(gè)員工心里去,**旅行社終將被市場(chǎng)淘汰。從上周起,我們已經(jīng)開(kāi)始在竭盡全力探討游客旅游體驗的問(wèn)題,我們希望盡快將我們的服務(wù)意識、服務(wù)技能,迅速從對人的服務(wù),提升至對客戶(hù)的服務(wù)。我們將盡已所能去改造現有的工作流程,我們相信,從我們做起,終將能夠逐步改變旅游業(yè)的現狀,終將實(shí)現給游客創(chuàng )造輕松快樂(lè )時(shí)光這個(gè)最終目標。當然,接下來(lái)可能還會(huì )有質(zhì)量問(wèn)題出現,還會(huì )有游客投訴,但我們會(huì )以最好的狀態(tài),迅速處理這類(lèi)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,給游客一個(gè)盡可能滿(mǎn)意的答復。
