伴隨著(zhù)艱辛和汗水，滿(mǎn)懷豪情和喜悅，在各位員工努力的拼搏下，我們順利地完成了三月份公司的各項生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，首先對于奮戰在二號進(jìn)口線(xiàn)堅持上夜班的同事們表示崇高的敬意，他們任勞任怨始終堅守在自己的崗位，克服了機器設備的故障，保證了客戶(hù)訂單的交期。其次對于堅守在基層管理崗位上的班長(cháng)們表示衷心的感謝，因為他們的努力，使得廣大員工團結一心，努力工作，為6s活動(dòng)的順利開(kāi)展及公司各項管理政策得以落實(shí)做出了巨大貢獻。我們還得感謝全體員工顧大體，識大局，不計較個(gè)人得失，為完成公司各項生產(chǎn)任務(wù)奮戰在各條生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)上。
下面我宣布4月份員工大會(huì )現在開(kāi)始!
今天的大會(huì )有以下七項內容：
第一項內容由吳春美同志關(guān)于3月份6S評比結果及合理化建議情況匯報，有請吳春美.
大會(huì )第二項流動(dòng)紅旗授旗及沈金麗發(fā)表當選6S先進(jìn)班組獲獎感言 點(diǎn)評：是的，6s流動(dòng)紅紅旗代表的是集體的榮譽(yù)，是團隊努力的'成果，正因為6S活動(dòng)的堅持開(kāi)展才能是我們保持優(yōu)美整潔的工作環(huán)境。下次紅旗花落誰(shuí)家，我們將拭目以待!
大會(huì )進(jìn)行第三項：由班長(cháng)代表文旭發(fā)言，大家歡迎!
點(diǎn)評：班長(cháng)是公司與生產(chǎn)員工的主要溝通橋梁，屬于兵頭將尾。公司班組長(cháng)的管理好壞，將直接影響公司產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，他們責任重大，希望在工作中能夠得到大家始終如一的支持。
大會(huì )進(jìn)行第四項，有周友志同志發(fā)表關(guān)于改善的建議，大家歡迎!
點(diǎn)評：周友志的發(fā)言很精彩，是的，改善無(wú)處不在，如果大家都參與改善活動(dòng)，每天進(jìn)步一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，那么我們的公司一定會(huì )更加美好。 大會(huì )進(jìn)行第五項，由朱經(jīng)理代表生產(chǎn)部做3月份工作總結和4月份工作計劃，大家歡迎!
點(diǎn)評：朱經(jīng)理總結了三月份工作的不足，對4月份的工作提出了希望，既然目標已經(jīng)明確，我相信，通過(guò)我們全體員工的努力，我們一定會(huì )順利完成4月份各項生產(chǎn)任務(wù)。
大會(huì )進(jìn)行第六項由華經(jīng)理對三月份質(zhì)量狀況的說(shuō)明及4月份訂單質(zhì)量的要求。大家歡迎!
