【邀請函格式】
邀請函是邀請親朋好友或知名人士、專(zhuān)家等參加某項活動(dòng)時(shí)所發(fā)的請約性書(shū)信。它是現實(shí)生活中常用的一種日常應用寫(xiě)作文種。在國際交往以及日常的各種社交活動(dòng)中，這類(lèi)書(shū)信使用廣泛，在應用寫(xiě)作中邀請函是非常重要的。
邀請函的格式主要有四個(gè)部分，分別是標題、稱(chēng)謂、正文、落款。
一、標題
由活動(dòng)名稱(chēng)和文種名組成，還可包括個(gè)性化的活動(dòng)主題標語(yǔ)。如“XX公司年終客戶(hù)答謝會(huì )邀請函”�；顒�(dòng)主題標語(yǔ)可以體現舉辦方特有的企業(yè)文化特色。
二、稱(chēng)謂
邀請函的稱(chēng)謂使用“統稱(chēng)”，并在統稱(chēng)前加敬語(yǔ)。例如，“尊敬的X X X先生/女士”或“尊敬的X X X總經(jīng)理(局長(cháng))”。
三、正文
邀請函正文是指商務(wù)禮儀活動(dòng)主辦方正式告知被邀請方舉辦活動(dòng)的緣由、目的、事項及要求，寫(xiě)明活動(dòng)的日程安排、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)，并對被邀請方發(fā)出得體、誠摯的`邀請。
正文的結尾一般要寫(xiě)常用的邀請慣用語(yǔ)。如“敬請光臨”、“歡迎光臨”。
四、落款
落款要寫(xiě)明禮儀活動(dòng)主辦單位的全稱(chēng)和成文日期。
【邀請函格式模板注意問(wèn)題】
一、被邀請者的姓名應寫(xiě)全，不應寫(xiě)綽號或別名。
二、在兩個(gè)姓名之間應該寫(xiě)上"暨"或"和"，不用頓號或逗號。
三、應該寫(xiě)明舉辦活動(dòng)的具體日期(幾月幾日，星期幾)。
四、寫(xiě)明舉辦活動(dòng)的地點(diǎn)。
