一天，我宣布，我將去國外深造之后我的大學(xué)教育。我的決定能立即反對我的家人：為什么？我為什么要借留學(xué)一大筆錢(qián)，我可能會(huì )接受同樣的教育成本相對較低的在家嗎？我的答案是：除了知識，我可以獲得經(jīng)驗，那些呆在家里。
首先，經(jīng)驗是現實(shí)生活中使用外語(yǔ)的機會(huì )。當一個(gè)人在家里學(xué)外語(yǔ)，效果無(wú)法用語(yǔ)言的學(xué)習與生活中不斷的使用比較。有沒(méi)有更好的機會(huì )來(lái)改善二語(yǔ)能力比生活在母語(yǔ)國家。生活在說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的國家，如美國和澳大利亞幾年，比如，我的英語(yǔ)為母語(yǔ)的人將是完美的。
第二，國外生活和學(xué)習提供給我一個(gè)不同的`世界觀(guān)。在大學(xué)校園里，外國學(xué)生很可能遭遇來(lái)自不同國家和地區的同行和接觸到不同的思想和價(jià)值觀(guān)。這讓我有一個(gè)有意義的理解不同的社會(huì )中，不可避免地看見(jiàn)我自己的國家，在一個(gè)新的光。
第三，國外的經(jīng)驗，因為它可能是令人沮喪和痛苦的，是有幫助的。一個(gè)人出國學(xué)習經(jīng)驗更困難往往難以適應新的文化，在處理所有的問(wèn)題。然而，困難，加上文化撞擊所帶來(lái)的挫折，是一種有益的經(jīng)驗對一個(gè)人的人格的未來(lái)的生活和發(fā)展。
盡管出國留學(xué)是昂貴的，也許是痛苦的，但這種付出是值得的。不僅僅是對利益的獲得的知識，但工作經(jīng)驗在一個(gè)人的生活。

It is obviously depicted in the cartoon given above there are two students who are discussing about whether to study abroad or in china.There is no consensus of opinions among people as to whether students should study abroad or not. Some people are of the view that the youths should go overseas for further study if possible, while others take an opposite stand.
Those people who agree with studying abroad believe that diverse culture backgrounds can broaden students' horizon. They also claim that overseas study can shape students' personality because they are forced to deal with all kinds of difficulties by themselves. Nevertheless, the other people who agree with domestic education argue that our educational programs have been greatly improved during the past decades. They also point out that domestic education is convenient and economical.
As far as I am concerned, the former opinion holds more weight. For one thing, it can strengthen the learners' abilities to understand and communicate with people from other cultures. For another, the developed countries still have a lot advanced knowledge we need to study. When all the factors are examined, we may reasonably come to the conclusion that studying abroad is advisable.

After all, knowledge is no boundary and the more they learn the better they will be. But the students who are not having those conditions, I don’t think they should go abroad, because the stress for them is too large. No matter domain education or abroad education can educate them well. Besides, maybe they still need to consider their own character situation. In a word, whether a person should go abroad or not depends on their own situation.
